This year’s Grapes on the Green raised nearly $440,000 to benefit Benaroya Research Institute at Virginia Mason (BRI) on Friday, August 25, 2017.

“It was a very exciting event,” said President of Benaroya Research Institute at Virginia Mason (BRI) Jane Buckner, MD. “What an honor to have so much community support of our fight against autoimmune diseases."

More than 300 guests were joined by patient speaker Diane St. John, who shared her experience living with multiple autoimmune diseases. Guests tasted an elite collection of wines from local wineries: Ambassador Wines of Washington, Barrage Cellars, Coral Wines, David Frost Wines, DeLille Cellars, Domaine Ste Michelle, Ghost Block, K Vintners, Lachini Vineyards, Long Shadows, O Wines, Sawyer Cellars, and Sparkman Cellars.
